We will be hosting a talk on Wednesday 2nd October on the topic of UK Public Debt (1-2pm via Teams). It will be presented by Erich Arispe Morales from Fitch Ratings, and will cover Fitch’s most recent assessment of the United Kingdom’s creditworthiness and the country’s macroeconomic and public finances outlook relative to other developed economies and sovereign rating peers. The talk is relevant to the macroeconomic background in the UK, and therefore could be of interest to actuaries in all areas.
